Social smoking app

Hey all -

I'm thinking about a mobile app interface with GPS that let's you know when another smoker is around, say if you want a buddy for a smoke break, or out at a club, also way to meet new people - would update you for smokers in a couple hundred feet radius. You could favorite, block people as wanted, or even alert and choose a meeting place among several friends.

What would an app have to do (aside from making free cigarettes appears) to make u use a social smoker networking app?

`First thing it would have to do is figure out scam around the prudes at the iTunes Store and the Google Play store, who want every app to be appropriate for a 4 year old at the Disney Store. Sadly, even an app called Grindr (grinding what exactly?) which is for gay men to h--k up, has to pretend to be an app for social connections without a trace of S-- in it. No nudity in the profile, no direct reference to anything s----l... it's ridiculous. I'm sure the aforementioned prudes would be terrified that some kid in grade school would use it to start smoking at 10 and get accosted by a pedophile, which is NOT AT ALL WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT HERE. If someone could figure out a way to address that issue I think it would be an awesome app.
